Yes, yes many moons have passed since an update. The good news is my hosting service just increased the memory on all the accounts so I can update without taking anything down. I was dragging my behind because I didn't want to pay for more mem or take my Antarctica stuff down. So, more is here. I have put up pictures from my Lady Washington sailing trip and last months Bahamas dive trip... Hope you enjoy. Look under the July 04-present tab on the left.

June. Well, I am now the proud owner of a house....
OK now you can get up off the floor and sit back down... Yes I did make the break from my wandering ways and buy a house. I don't intend this to quell my wanderlust and thirst for all that is outside Tucson... It is a great place to finally put all my stuff and display all my artifacts and Arctic-facts!

Feb 04. Well, I am no longer working on the Ice. My contract is complete for the summer season and I am re-deploying back to the US. It was quite an interesting and wonderful adventure. Please take a look at the site and let me know what you think. Ill try to keep up the journal for as long as interesting things keep happening.

was working at McMurdo
Station in Antarctica as
one of the Captains in the fire department. I worked
through the Austral summer until late early February. Hopefully this site will
give you a bit of a taste for working on the "ICE". If you
